We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable all-rounder who loves both the art of baking and the buzz of customer service. This role combines back-of-house baking duties with front-of-house service, including late-night shifts, weekends, and shop closing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in baking cookies and preparing products to Cookie Loaded standards
- Follow recipes and maintain consistency in product quality
- Serve customers with a friendly and professional manner
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/EFT transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen and shop floor
- Manage end-of-day closing procedures, including cleaning, stock checks, and securing the shop

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in baking or pastry production (preferred)
- Confident in following recipes and handling baking equipment
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable personality
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and closing shifts
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.95 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
