**What your new role will look like**:
As a **Resident Care Worker (In Training), **your role will be to support the residents to live full and social lives in an environment of support and safety. You will perform the full scope of a Personal Care Worker such as but not limited to:

- Assisting residents in carrying out basic personal care tasks such as daily hygiene and dressing of the resident
- Making beds and tidying rooms
- Assisting with meals

- Currently enrolled and studying Certificate III Individual Support / Certificate IV Ageing / Diploma of Nursing / Bachelor of Nursing
- Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including the Booster and Influenza
- Availability to work a minimum of 3 days a week
