**Your Impact**
In this role, you will work closely with the Strategic Revenue Growth Management (SRGM)Product Owner to support the execution of the **CUB Complexica Plus Project**, ensuring successful delivery and addressing any issues that arise within the Complexica systems in ALB.
**_ This is a 19-month fixed term contract with view of extension_**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and support end users through the implementation of the CUB Complexica Plus Project - AI Trade Promotion Management and Optimisation (TPM/TPO)
- Conduct rigorous testing to ensure smooth project delivery and successful system integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor and validate the performance of predictive models and optimisation results.
- Oversee Scan/Sell-Out/Sell-In data across all channels, ensuring accuracy and usability for informed decision-making.
- Collect, prepare, and validate data essential for TPO system upgrades, ensuring high standards of data quality.
- Implement robust data validation and cleansing processes to maintain data accuracy and reliability.
- Proactively resolve data inconsistencies, ensuring trust in data outcomes.
- Document all data sources, transformation processes, and workflows to ensure clarity and reproducibility.
- Provide clear and concise training and support materials to promote business ownership of the upgraded system and its data capabilities.
- Foster transparency in data workflows for audits and to ensure stakeholder confidence.
**About You**
- Previous experience in a data analytics role.
- Hands-on involvement in system implementation is an advantage.
- Proficiency with Trade Promotion Management and Optimization (TPM/TPO) software or advanced data analysis tools is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following tools:
- Promax / Demantra / Complexica or other market-leading TPM/TPO systems
- Knowledge of SAP ECC and TPM tools is a strong advantage.
- ITIL Foundations Certification is highly desirable.
- Exposure to Agile, DevOps, Continuous Deployment (CD), or Continuous Integration (CI) practices is highly regarded.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable business insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations.
- Experience within large FMCG or retail environments is highly valued.
