**The Role**:

- Start to finish management of operations for company events
- Planning, scheduling and coordinating external events for the business
- Working in partnership with key suppliers and venues to effectively manage events
- Managing internal event planning including off-site conferences, annual staff parties and training days
- Managing events calendar, budgets and supplier negotiation
- Working with the operations team to deliver on Marketing collateral
- Assisting with the development of marketing materials and presentations

**About You**:

- 3+ years experience working in corporate events or marketing
- Prior experience working within insurance or financial services is a benefit but not mandatory
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work
- Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage priorities and work to deadlines;
