We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic and highly flexible individuals to join our Bethanie Community South Metro team as a **part
- time Qualified Support Worker** supporting areas **within the South West (Bunbury) region**.

**Whilst you use your own car we offer a travel allowance of $0.92 per kilometre.**

To be considered for this role you will be available to work:

- Permanent part time (minimum 15- 20 hours per week guaranteed)
- Working shifts between the hours of 10:00am - 7:00pm or 12:00pm - 7:00pm across Monday to Thursday/Friday.

**About the role**:

- Professionally deliver a variety of services (including personal care, community outings, food, laundry, leisure, supporting hobbies and interests)
- Ensure all living areas of clients’ homes are kept clean and tidy, and safe from hazards
- All personal care tasks and outcomes are met and documented appropriately
- Provide respect and compassion to clients
- Support customer with transport to appointments
- Provide social support to customers spending time doing the things they love

**About you**:

- Previous experience within an Aged Care, or Community Care environment desired
- Cert 3 in Individual Support/ Disability/Ageing
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Ability to ensure safety and wellbeing of clients are maintained
- Drivers licence, and access to a reliable vehicle
- Willing to obtain required vaccinations - 3x covid and annual flu vaccination
