Join our collaborative In-House Conveyancing team based in Sydney's CBD on Castlereagh Street. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience as a paralegal or in conveyancing, where your contributions will significantly impact the communities we serve.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with Stockland Sales and Development teams. This role is being recruited as an initial Parental Leave contract until February 2026.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, execute, and manage various contracts, including those for vacant land, built form/completed homes, put & calls, accretions, leasebacks, display villages, and mortgage/vendor finance.
- Oversee plan registration, settlement, and post-settlement activities.
- Utilize PEXA across all subscriptions, maintain skills through regular training, and sign financials in PEXA.
- Follow all compliance plans related to conveyancing, with training provided.
- Participate in initiatives like the Release to Settle Transformation and other relevant projects, embedding changes and measuring benefits.
- Represent conveyancing in residential project meetings and build trusted relationships with project stakeholders including Sales and Development
- Adhere to team processes and policies, including legal escalation and document storage in Salesforce and SharePoint.
- Provide support by backfilling peer file operators during their leave.

- Self-driven, solutions-focused with strong time management, attention to detail, and self-confidence.
- Proficient with technology, especially PEXA, DocuSign, SharePoint, Salesforce, and MS Office.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
