At F45 Training Fitzroy, we are more than just a gym; we are a community.

We would like to invite a self-motivated individual to join our team, who is driven by passion and purpose. We are looking for a trainer to run group fitness classes with high energy and the aim to challenge, motivate & educate our members to become the best versions of themselves ever We have a team with many years of F45 experience, so you will upskill and learn off each other. And we have an epic, welcoming, inclusive and fun-loving community where many friendships are made. **Hours**:Up to 10/15 hours, possibly more.
Combination of mornings, evenings & rotating weekends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver the F45 experience and group training sessions to a high standard.

Inspire and promote an energetic and positive environment and culture within the studio.
- Motivate and inspire our members before, during and after training.
- Build a strong rapport with members, who are from all different walks of life.
- Continue to build the community & culture of the studio.
- Inspire members to achieve PB’s and ensure that they are using correct form at all times. We have 2 x Cardio, 3 x Strength & 2 x Hybrid days.
- Assist with sales, membership growth and retention when needed.
- Support the team and members with the execution of the F45 Challenges.

Assist with marketing initiatives and promotion of the studio.
- Maintain a clean and tidy studio.

**Required**:

- Cert III in Fitness.
- First Aid and CPR Certified.
- Fitness Registration.
- All Necessary Insurances.
- Extremely passionate about the F45 brand and changing members lives.
- Passionate about fitness and represent the F45 core values.
- Group training experience (F45 experience preferable, as a coach or member).
- Highly energetic and the ability to build rapport with our members.
- Eager to learn and develop new skills.

**Bonus Qualifications**:

- Cert IV in Fitness.
- Exercise Science/Sports Management Degree.
- Nutrition Course/Certification.
- Strength & Conditioning Qualification.
- Pre and Post-Natal Qualifications.
- Customer Service Experience.
