**The Opportunity**
As a Territory Manager for Dulux Group, you will work in a small close-knit team and take the opportunity to build relationships with an existing customer base of painters, commercial builders, and applicators to develop and make the territory your own.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and create new sales opportunities by servicing and maintaining the existing diverse Dulux Trade Customer base in Brisbane
- Predominately be out on road, visiting customers daily to influence buying habits and upsell premium brands
- Utilise the Dulux CRM systems to drive call cycles and understand customer buying behaviours
- Spend approximately half a day/week off the road, planning for the days ahead, booking sales meetings and diligently developing individual gap plans for key growth potential customers.

**Skills & Experience**:
- Solid experience in commercial account management, including maintaining and developing of high-profile accounts such as large commercial or trade related customers
- Thorough understanding of how to use data to drive business outcomes
- Experience using CRM systems for analysis, reporting and planning
- Have a thorough understanding of how to use data to drive business outcomes
- Ability to effectively manage customer relationships, build rapport and collaborate with key stakeholders
- Must understand key drivers for a commercial painting business incl estimating & quoting process, cost management incl ratio of paint materials to overall cost, productivity and marketing
