**Position Objective**

To prepare, process and pay suppliers accounts in a timely manner, along with maintaining accurate records and relevant reconciliations.

**Primary duties and responsibilities**:

- Ensure invoice processing is undertaken regularly to allow timely payment of accounts in accordance with payment terms
- Coordinate and process all payments of accounts
- Ensure all invoices are authorised in accordance with AC delegations manual prior to processing
- Perform filing/archiving of accounts/invoices
- Reconcile accounts payable control account on a monthly basis
- Undertake supplier maintenance in Epicor, as required
- Process fortnightly payments of property rents
- Reconcile supplier statements to AC records on a monthly basis
- Assist with external audit, as required
- Perform such other duties as assigned from senior Finance Department staff.
- Ensure all AC policies and procedures are followed at all times and any changes are adhered to
- Liaise with all internal departments and all positions within AC, as required
- Ensure all relevant legislation is adhered to and understood in terms of financial practices

**Essential Requirements**
- 2 years’ experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with ERP systems - preferred EPICOR
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Must have these documents if successful**
- Current First Aid Certificate (Provide First Aid; Course Code HLTAID003)
- A current driver’s licence
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Willingness to participate in pre-employment medical checks
- Two professional references
