Payroll officer required ASAP to join established aged care provider
- AIM System exposure preferred but not essential
- Temp role with potential for longevity

Immediately available opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to join this Aged Care provider.

Their office is easy to reach, offers underground parking, and a flexible working arrangement.

**THE FACTS**
- **Location** - Hawthorn based office, remote working 2-3 days pw
- **Duration** - 3 months with potential for permanency
- **Hours** - Full time role working Monday to Friday
- **System** - AIM preferred but not essential
- **Number on payroll** - Approximately 500

**THE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Payroll processing (approx. 500 people) using AIM and associated activities
- Prepare payroll information for input both accurately and efficiently
- Maintain employee data
- Respond to payroll enquiries,
- Reporting
- Assist Finance Manager
- Other duties as required

**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- Payroll Officer experience essential
- Aged Care industry experience highly beneficial
- AIM system preferred but not essential
- A driven personality who enjoys the work they do
- High levels of attention to detail and communication skills
