**About Our Client**:
Our client is a leader in their industry and have the reputation for providing the Australian food production industry with quality cleaning services and equipment. Their customers needs are at the for front of the business and this translates throughout the head office in Hawthorn. You will be entering a high volume environment, with a friendly culture and great remuneration.

**Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end fortnightly payroll for approximately 400 employees
- Calculate payable hours, casual loading and interpretation of relevant Awards (Cleaning Services Award experience advantageous)
- Calculation of staff leave entitlements, including long service leave, as required
- Demonstrate strong payroll system knowledge (Cloud Payroll knowledge advantageous)
- Liaise with various internal or external stakeholders as required
- Responding to payroll queries and/or redirect as appropriate
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data to maintain and update payroll information
- Assist with ad-hoc end-to-end recruitment process
- Assist with on boarding and off boarding staff
- Drafting of letters for role changes, salary increases, and other HR related matters.
