It’s not always glamorous — there’s freight, inventory checks, field teams, and last-minute curveballs, but When it lands?

It _really_ lands. Campaigns delivered. Clients impressed. #momentsthatmatter—that stick.

Examples include handling eBay's 21st birthday and delivering **759 Messina mushroom** cakes across the country, as well as launching new products to market and into the hands of consumers, such as Little Moons mochi balls in Australia.

**Requirements**:
**️ What You'll Actually Do**:
This is a hands-on role where you’ll:

- Run sampling activations like a pro — from pitch to pack down
- Keep clients in the loop (and sometimes ahead of themselves)
- Own timelines, budgets, and campaign logistics like a backstage boss
- Spot problems early, fix them fast, and leave clients saying “nailed it”
- Collaborate with ops, drivers, and warehouse legends to keep activations tight
- Generate leads using HubSpot & manage basic invoicing in Xero
- Support and guide a junior coordinator to build team strength
- Pitch tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive account growth

**What You Bring**:
You don’t need to be perfect — but you do need to bring:

You’ll also bring — or quickly build — knowledge of temperature protocols (yes, ice cream _must_ stay frozen).
