Program Reporting Analyst

As part of the Transformation team, you will be key to delivering the Transformation Change Program (TCP) transitioning from our current technology provider to One Council. In this role, you will oversee and track the financial performance of the Transformation Change Program - Horizon 1, providing analysis and reporting to ensure alignment with approved benefits, budgets, and forecasts. Collaborating with the Program Director and Project Manager, you will offer expert guidance on resource planning, financial forecasting, and program reporting to drive operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities** - Development, maintenance and support of the financial forecast and performance of the program. Including updates to Melton’s financial, project management and reporting systems. - Lead research and analysis activities including project level analysis of change initiatives to develop financial reports and graphical presentations for senior management and other sections to inform strategic decision making and business led project governance. - Adherence to Melton City Council’s Project Management Framework and providing expert advice, highlighting financial risks and direction to Program Director and Project Manager where required.
