**YOUR ROLE**

In this role, you'll be pivotal in facilitating customer support and training programmes across a diverse range of healthcare products and services across Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. You will manage and expand an existing healthcare customer portfolio, identifying key opportunities to increase our market share in the healthcare sector.
- Provide comprehensive customer support through various health and continence care programmes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, capable of dealing effectively with key personnel at all levels within the organisation.
- Enhance customer retention by ensuring our products and services continue to meet or exceed the expectations of our customers.
- Add value for our customers to improve their consumer outcomes.
- Ensure our customers value all aspects of our service, not just our products and pricing.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have previous experience within the Healthcare sector, preferably with Nursing Qualifications and/or aged care experience due to the technical and educational components of the role within Aged Care and Healthcare. An experienced continence nurse or similar will be highly valued as the role is predominantly supporting products in use and our programmes.

Excellent communication skills and having ability to speak confidently and deliver a continence education program to nursing staff and management will also be highly valued.

Ideally you will have a proven track record of account management and sales experience for this position, combined with an ability to create trust, build rapport, develop solutions, cross-sell, administer and grow an existing client base and develop a profitable business. Preferably, you will have worked within a business-to-business role and be willing to share your successes with us.
