Part of Healius, Lumus is made up of over 2000 diagnostic imaging experts and support staff based in 135 centres across the country.

In this newly created role, you will be responsible for providing support to both our network of referring medical/specialist practices as well as our patients who utilise our services.

You will split your time between providing high level face to face service to key customers as well as contributing to projects that improve systems, processes and the overall customer experience.

**Roles and responsibilities include**:

- Effectively engage with external stakeholders, promoting Lumus’ services as well as providing assistance in gathering requirements and delivering solutions to enable optimal customer experience.
- Support ongoing Lumus digitisation projects by managing internal and external stakeholders and delivering on innovation initiatives.

To be successful you will need a background in customer service and/or IT support with exposure to healthcare or medical operations an advantage.

This role is highly autonomous so you will need to be able to manage your time effectively to deliver exceptional support. You will need to have a high level of IT proficiency as well as an understanding of basic project management principles.

The role requires travel between customer sites with in the eastern/south eastern suburbs and surrounding regional areas so while you will be provided with an allowance for the kilometres, you will need access to a suitable vehicle and driver’s licence.
