- You will be joining a team of 30+ technicians with component, board, and software level experience. We invest heavily in our technicians and provide some of the best working conditions in the industry._
- As a Fone King Technician your prominent personal skills should be - Technical brilliance, excellent time management, extremely communicative, exceedingly thorough, well-mannered, positive and upbeat._
- **Your duties will include**:_
- _Examine and run tests to assess the electronic devices to test functionality, diagnose faults, install and update phone software and trouble shoot writing problems_
- _Repair and replace worn or defective components of the electronic devices such as batteries, LCD screens, keypads, buttons etc_
- _Ensuring extremely high quality of workmanship on all repairs_
- _Staying on top of new technologies and repair processes to ensure adequate knowledge for future handsets_
- _Identifies when a certain repair is becoming common, and advises the operations team/management in advance to meet possible increasing demand and correcting procedures_
- _Assist in diagnosing any network faults and assist install any updates to device systems as required_
- _Advising users of the correct operation procedures to ensure the devices are able to continue operating effectively and avoid malfunctions_
- _Ensure repairs are kept maintained and up to date_
- **Ideal experience**:_
- _At least 2yrs proven experience as a technician._
- _Current skills across all popular brands of devices._
- _Experience working in a reputable repairer ideal._
- _Ability to be able to work rostered weekends a must._

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
