This is a rapidly expanding builder that is making huge headway within the residential market and are continuously creating innovative designs that are new, architectural and high speck.

As a result of ongoing growth, an exciting opportunity has become available to join this ever expanding company

This sought after role will see you stimulated, as you liaise with the valued clients throughout the building process. you will report to the Construction Manager and liaise with internal departments as your responsibilities see you:

- Communicate with customers providing proactive construction updates for the duration of construction
- Respond to all customer communications in a timely manner.
- Raise and issue variations to contract as required
- Data entry and report compilation
- Arrange and conduct the key handover meeting at the end construction and

To be considered for the position you must have prior client liaison experience within the residential building industry - excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload whilst adhering to strict deadlines.
