This NSW Government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. We are looking for someone to start ASAP on a 7 month contract with flexible working arrangements.

**About the Role**
- Partner closely with the HR Business Partnering team to develop planned and systemic interventions that deliver on business-specific needs and align to the strategic workforce plan
- Manage the implementation of operating model and organisational design aligned to the business strategic workforce plan, developing frameworks, approaches and ongoing capability within the business.
- Design and implement strategies for the evolution of work and new ways of working
- Drive consistency across the business in terms of organisational and capability design across common divisions, such as the projects, and ensure alignment with organisational design principles
- Build strong stakeholder relationships with Office of the Chief Executive and senior leaders to provide proactive advice and insights in relation to the strategic workforce planning and its impact on organisational structures, effectiveness and how to enable the structures through ways of working and capability uplift.
- Build and sustain productive relationships with business leaders, People and Culture community and other key stakeholders to ascertain expectations, identify needs, resolve complex and sensitive issues and enable strong partnerships to be formed around projects and initiatives

**About You**
- Demonstrated professional experience in related field
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or relevant experience
- Excellent Communication skills
- Advanced in Microsoft suite
- Previous government experience desired
- Excellent written and verbal skills
