**About the opportunity**:
Are you passionate about industrial relations and looking for a challenging role? Join our team as the Lead Industrial Relations Consultant

You will lead the management and provision of expert advice on complex industrial and employment matters. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and resolving complex claims and complaints.
- Undertaking investigations and developing strategic solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with legislative and reporting obligations.
- Preparing written correspondence and liaising with external bodies.
- Representing the department on enterprise bargaining processes.
- Offering industrial relations advocacy services, including tribunal appearances.

This position will be offered as an 18-month contract.

We’re on the hunt for an experienced and driven industrial relations professional to join our dynamic team

You should have a deep knowledge and understanding of industrial instruments and frameworks, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to juggle priorities seamlessly and meet tight deadlines. Your exceptional communication and advocacy skills and ability to build trusted relationships will make you a valued team member.

You’ll work both independently and collaboratively, bringing your initiative, problem-solving mindset, and analytical skills to the table.
