**Part Time 3 days a week**

$210 - $220 per day plus super depending on experience & skills set to match position. Must be able to work in a fast pace multi-skilled environment.

Hours: 9 - 5.00pm

If you have excellent English & a bubbly personality - spoken & written, technical, administrative & marketing or accounting skills with a flair to network with high levels of time management skill you can make it in this fast pace job You also must have a car.

**SKILLS Requirement**

Skills in Myob or any accounting or Commercial Graphic software is an advantage but training can be provided depending on your other skills set.

Must have Microsoft office software skills & Excel at intermediate level.

Must have an attitude for attention to detail, quick learner, fast worker & able to multi task to receive client queries and follow them up. Be hands-on to work in production apart from in the office environment - there is lifting involved.

**Responsibilities **
- Prepare Artwork for non-embroidery decorations & Embroidery Swatch approvals using graphics software for Client to approve as part of processing the job.
- Prepare Pro
- Forma invoice using excel for client deposit payment.
- Fitting of clients / students at client premises or at CIS.
- Timely marketing to schools for school leavers wear ( Y12 & Y6), sporting wear & running uniform shop.
- Develop / Maintain social media marketing of school leavers wear
- Use embroidery / heat press machines to put logos on uniforms/ promotional wear
- Trim / Pack / Despatch goods to clients
- Receive goods and queue for production.
- Liaise with Admin, Technicians & couriers

Must have more than 2 years left of study at university or suits parents wanting part-time work only. Live no more than 40 minutes from Dural.
