We are looking for a talented and curious growth marketer to supercharge our marketplace growth.

You have solid experience in a at least one or two growth channels/tactics and eager to develop your skills further.

Nice to haves:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or similar field.
- Experience in performance marketing or growth
- Experience with ESPs (Vero, Braze etc)
- Experience running Paid Social/Search campaigns
- Experience in SEO (Technical and/or Content)

**What you'll be responsible for**
- Experimentation

Design and conduct experiments within a set budget to test hypotheses and evaluate findings for optimization of growth tactics
- Paid Social

Analyze and optimize targeted advertising on social platforms to reach specific audiences
- Paid Search

Analyze and optimize advertising on search engine results pages through pay-per-result campaigns, including pay-per-click and cost-per-acquisition

Hatch is a Sydney based tech startup founded by Adam Jacobs (cofounder The Iconic) and Chaz Heitner (cofounder Zip Co). Our mission is for all people to find meaning in work.
