**What we have on offer**:
Due to our amazing growth in the past 12 months, we are seeking an experienced **Category Co-ordinator **to join our Category team based in **Eastern Creek, NSW**. The role will see you responsible for the day-to-day operations of our team including providing support to our branch operations.

This is a great hands-on role providing administration support to your new team, including maintaining database records and ensuring process compliance.

While it would be an advantage if you have industry experience, it is not essential. Our amazing and talented technical training team, supported by our Product Managers will provide you with the best technical training program to give you a great start in your new career with us.

**What your new role entails**:

- Provide day-to-day admin support to the National Category Manager and our Product Managers
- JIRA system management - allocate information requests to the appropriate Product Manager, vet requests for information and provide communication to internal customer stakeholders.
- Create new part numbers in our ASW system
- Update and maintain our data records
- Ensure our Vendor database is current and accurate
- Weekly and monthly reporting for your team
- Ensure our processes, data and systems remain compliant
- 100% commitment to personal and business safety

**What you will bring with you**:

- Data entry and administration skills and background are essential to this role.
- Industry experience would be an advantage but is not essential
- The ability to work with your cross functional peers to get best outcomes for our business and our customers
- Customer service communication experience would be beneficial as you will be a critical contact point for our branches.
- The ability to develop strong professional relationships
- The ability to work autonomously if required
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Problem solving and time management skills
