Our client is an Australian-owned company with facilities in NSW and VIC for processing and packaging cheese. They are a premier provider of dairy-based goods, services, and products to the retail, foodservice, and food ingredients industries.

We have a fantastic opportunity as a **Transport Administrator **with our client. Their latest opening of a new facility in Greenacre and recent Victoria acquisitions have put them in an exciting expansion phase.

**Responsibilities (but not limited to);**
- Checking and approving all transport invoices
- Managing all transport claims to carriers
- Compiling transportation spending for monthly management reporting
- Registering and receipting stock into all warehouses
- Managing all inventory anomalies on purchase orders
- Allocating transport/containers expenses to purchase orders

**About you;**
- 3+ years experience in a similar transport position
- The ability to control high volumes of information, data entry and collation of documents effectively and accurately
- Proven experience with Con notes / Manifests and logistics data entry
- A customer service focus
- Experience with AX Dynamics an advantage
- Fast and accurate data entry/keying skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office specifically with Excel
- Outstanding verbal and written communication

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year

- Greenacre NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Transport Administration: 1 year (preferred)
