**Role**: Academic/Compliance Manager

**Job type**:Contractual

**Location**:Bankstown, NSW

**Salary**:60$-80$ per hour

**What We Are Looking For**:
**Your duties and responsibilities**:

- Develop compliance monitoring plans based on legislative and regulatory requirements
- Lead all internal auditing for compliance
- Ensuring the RTO meets all regulatory requirements of ASQA Standards for Registered Training Organisations
- Approve training and assessment materials required skills and qualifications
- Provide guidance and support to staff on compliance matters, including training and professional development
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to best practices in training and assessment

**Qualifications and other requirements**:

- Develop compliance monitoring plans based on legislative and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience in RTO compliance management or in a similar role within the vocational education and training sector
- In depth knowledge of ASQA standards, VET Quality Framework, and other relevant legislation
- Sound business acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- RTO registration, scope extension and compliance audits
- Developing, review and maintain relevant policies and procedures
- Strong time-management and organisational skills
- Knowledge of current industry standards and practices

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Academic/Compliance Manager: 1 year (preferred)
- RTO compliance management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
