- Reporting to the P&C Manager, we are seeking a P&C Coordinator and Recruitment Coordinator to join the team in our Perth CBD office. These positions will be offered on a full-time permanent basis, with flexible working arrangements available.

**About the role**
- Book pre-employment medicals
- Maintain employee files and update HR and recruitment databases (including SAP, Taleo, Mypass)
- Prepare and issue HR documentation
- Respond to HR and Recruitment queries

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in supporting a Recruitment or HR team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as well as organise and prioritise competing demands
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Able to manage strict confidentiality
