**Area - North Tasmania (LAUNCESTON/NORTH WEST)**

Are you ready to empower Tasmanians with safer solar while enjoying a fulfilling, long-term career? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our close-knit sales team in Tasmania. No previous sales or solar experience is required - just a passion for learning and a drive to succeed

Leverage our proven sales strategy and appointment generation protocol to achieve a rewarding income. Enjoy a flexible schedule traveling across Northern Tasmania, meeting homeowners eager to save on their electricity bills.

**What You’ll Do**
- Attend 2-3 pre-qualified appointments daily;
- Spend 1-2 hours with each customer at their home;
- Perform thorough assessments of customers’ home energy profiles;
- Guide customers through an effective and structured sales process;
- Complete sales contracts efficiently and professionally.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Prior solar sales or installation experience is a plus, but not essential;
- Strong communication, listening, and rapport-building skills;
- Skills in objection prevention and handling;
- Reliable transport and a current driver’s license;
- Computer literacy with access to a smartphone;
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to continuously improve your sales skills.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

- Driver Licence (required)
