**About Us**

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe and assess children's developmental progress and provide feedback.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
- Maintain compliance with Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Collaborate with other educators to plan and evaluate educational programs.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (required) or working towards Diploma.
- Sound understanding of child development and early childhood education principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with children and families.
- Current First Aid Certificate, Child Protection Training, and DCSI clearance (or willing to obtain).

**Salary**: $23.34 - $39.47 per hour
