**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking passionate and qualified Diploma Lead Educators to join our dedicated team. As a Diploma Lead Educator, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for children, ensuring their well-being, and supporting their developmental milestones.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Curriculum Planning:Develop and implement age-appropriate, play-based learning programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).

2. Child Development: Observe and assess children's developmental needs, providing individualized support and guidance.

3. Collaboration:Work collaboratively with other educators and team members to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

4. Communication: Establish strong relationships with families, maintaining open and transparent communication about children's progress and daily activities.

5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children.

6. Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.

**Qualifications**:
1. Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification recognized by ACECQA).

2. Current Working with Children Check.

3. First Aid and CPR certification.

4. An understanding of the EYLF and NQF.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.55 - $39.30 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
