Identify opportunities to grow the client base through community engagement, partnerships, and referral networks.
- Represent the organization at expos, events, and community forums relevant to disability and aged care sectors.
- Develop and implement local marketing campaigns targeting NDIS participants, Aged Care clients, and support coordinators.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute digital and print marketing materials.
- Monitor trends and competitor activities in the NDIS and Aged Care markets to refine service offerings.
- Manage social media channels and online presence to promote brand awareness and attract new clients.
- Develop and maintain a CRM database for potential leads and client engagement tracking.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on participant outcomes, service delivery, and marketing KPIs.
- Stay up to date with changes in government funding, policy updates, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with departments such as care planning, rostering, and intake.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
