The Digital Industry is constantly evolving, which brings us to here, SILK Laser Clinics is looking for a self-motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced, growing marketing team

We are seeking a creative marketing enthusiast who thrives on innovation, sales, and results.
If you love getting deep into the technical aspects of marketing, from paid brand awareness and engagement campaigns to conversion focused social media campaigns, content creation and strategy, we’d love to hear from you

**Main responsibilities include**

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Digital Marketing Manager to develop successful digital campaigns, as well as leading-edge content for a range of social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.

You will effectively manage and optimise digital campaigns, whilst proactively reviewing performance through data analysis. You will create strategies to maximise ROI, building upon results, as well as monitoring and reporting on the performance of social media platforms including conversion, revenue, traffic and growth. In addition, you will efficiently monitor campaign spend to ensure that ad costs meet and remain within allocated monthly budgets.

You will provide day-to-day support across SILK’s digital platforms, including website, social media accounts and eDMs. Drawing upon your research and knowledge of industry related topics and trends, you will have the ability to produce and publish various works for these platforms, utilising the best approach for each variant.

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Experience with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads
- Best in class keyword research and use of SEO guidelines to optimise content
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders to identify requirements
- Strong knowledge of Social Media Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok)
- Knowledge of analytics, tracking and social media monitoring tools
- Proficiency in interpreting data and insights, and reporting on content effectiveness
- Proven results in the development of strategies to deliver improvement across digital and social metrics
- An understanding of sales funnel, triggers, conversions
- An interest in digital innovation
- Well-developed critical problem-solving skills
- Graphic design capabilities (desirable)

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
