Community & Digital Content Specialist role - DKSH Consumer Goods

We are currently looking for an experienced Community & Digital Content Specialist to work within the Consumer Goods team. You will actively collaborate with team members on various financial aspects, including operating results, forecasts, budgets, and addressing ad hoc opportunities or queries. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop, implement, and maintain systems that support customer and client profitability within the Consumer Goods division.

**Responsibility**:

- Develop brands presence online (focus brands: Brioche Gourmet, Perrier, La Zuppa, Priya): content calendar development, campaign management, community management, websites updates
- Respond to consumer complaints for all brands of the DKSH Grocery Connect portfolio except Lipton Teas & Infusions
- Manage ad hoc creative development, for both internal stakeholders (ex: trade presenters) and external customers

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Arts (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Hands on experience with Meta Business Suite and Meta Business Manager as well as YouTube, and emerging social channels
- Experience with agency collaboration
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (highly desirable)
- Confident when speaking and responding to consumers
- Can stay calm in a crisis and deliver solutions with a calm pragmatism
- Has a creative sensitivity and high attention to detail
- Demonstrable experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role dealing with consumers
- Client-facing experience, including experience managing multiple clients (highly desirable)

We offer flexible working arrangements, with 2 days working from home once established in the role.
