Full-Time Night Shift Staff (4:00 pm - 10:00 pm, 40 hours per week)

Beans and Barrels Café is seeking reliable and experienced full-time night shift staff to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a lively café setting, delivering excellent customer service during our busy dessert and evening trade.

Position Available
- Full-Time Night Shift Staff (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and desserts to high standards
- Provide attentive and friendly service to all customers
- Support evening dessert service during peak hours
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
- Assist with end-of-night closing procedures

**Requirements**:

- Previous barista or café experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Available to work 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm, 5 nights per week (including weekends)
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene procedures
