**Join Our Team: Barista Wanted**

We're seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our vibrant cafe team As a Barista, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee experiences, providing top-notch customer service, and maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks with precision and flair
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of coffee, tea, and menu items
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and satisfied
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and cafe objectives

**Requirements**:

- 2+ year of experience as a Barista (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
