**Quality and Risk Coordinator - Patient Experience**

We are seeking an experienced clinical professional to take on the Quality and Risk Coordinator - Patient Experience position at Warringal Private Hospital. This is a permanent part-time role working 30 hours per fortnight.

**About the Role**

In this role, you will foster and support a culture within the Hospital that embraces Quality and strives to continually improve patient and business outcomes in line with the relevant Accreditation program & other regulatory requirements. Your key focus will be the improvement and streamlining of the patient experience from pre-admissions to discharge. You will play a key role in supporting the patient complaint management processes.

**About You**

To succeed in this role you will be a confident, self-directed individual with a high level of skill and knowledge in all aspect of hospital governance. You will have a strong understanding of structure and process requirements for hospital accreditation, licencing, and patient feedback. Demonstrated excellence in communication at all levels of the organisation is vital to this role as well as the ability to meet required reporting deadlines.

You will also demonstrate;
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Experience with management of patient feedback processes.
- Experience and expertise in quality and patient safety role/s
- Demonstrated understanding of quality improvement framework/s
- Ability to analyse and report data and excellent report writing skills
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft office suite

**The Hospital**

Owned and operated by Ramsay Health Care, Warringal is proud to offer its staff and patients world class care in a contemporary environment which currently provides 215 beds, 11 state of the art operating theatres, an Intensive Care Unit and a host of other state-of-the-art facilities. We have now commenced a $180m major development which will see the hospital almost double in size, including additional beds, operating theatres, a new expanded ICU and an Emergency Department in addition to new Support Services.

- Must be **vaccinated against Covid-19** a vaccine approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation
- Must provide a **National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a **Working-With-Children **check and **proof of immunisation** against infectious diseases.
