**Your Role**:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be at the helm of a team of skilled tradespeople. Your mission: ensuring top-notch performance and availability of all mining and heavy earthmoving equipment on-site. Lead from the front by taking a hands-on approach, providing coaching and support to foster a culture of high performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Raise work orders and manage parts inventory as needed.
- Approve parts lists for ordering.
- Oversee downtime reports and work orders.
- Strategize, coordinate, and execute scheduled maintenance.
- Allocate resources effectively for both breakdown and reactive maintenance.
- Uphold responsibility for both preventative and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Safeguard the integrity of maintenance systems and their data.
