Our focus is on working collaboratively with clients to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Poles Supervisor to lead construction teams delivering major energy transition projects.
This is a key leadership role overseeing pole installation and associated distribution line works across large-scale infrastructure including substations, distribution networks, transmission lines, EPS upgrades, solar farms, and decarbonisation programs.
These are full-time FIFO positions offering long-term opportunities, with successful candidates securing 18 to 24 months of ongoing project work.Roster & LocationFIFO from Perth to the Pilbara2 : 1 roster12-hour shiftsKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise the safe installation, replacement, and maintenance of power poles and associated equipmentManage crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project standardsConduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, and enforce safety compliance at all timesLiaise with engineers, project managers, and client representatives to coordinate worksMonitor progress against schedules and provide daily reporting to site managementMentor and support team members to maintain high performance and strong safety cultureQualifications & ExperienceOHS Construction Card (White Card)Current Driver's Licence (HR preferred)High Risk Work Licence (EWP, Dogging / Rigging advantageous)Certificate III in ESI – Distribution or equivalent qualificationProven supervisory experience in pole and line construction projectsPrevious FIFO experience (preferred)Strong communication and leadership skillsAbility to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screenTwo contactable work-related referencesSalary & BenefitsAttractive salary package with superannuationLong-term FIFO opportunities with consistent rostersLeadership role in nationally significant energy transition projectsIf you are a motivated Supervisor with proven experience in pole and line construction, we would like to hear from you.Apply Now – Submit your resume today and join the RSGx team.
