**Who We’re Looking For**:
We want a **technically minded individual** with experience in diagnosing and repairing **laptops and desktops**. If you have a strong background in hardware troubleshooting and repairs, we encourage you to apply

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and repair laptops and desktops, replacing faulty components as needed.
- Perform system board firmware updates and quality assurance checks.
- Maintain detailed service records and report common faults to manufacturers.
- Identify areas for improvement in repair and support processes.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends in the industry.

**What You Need to Succeed**:
✔ **Experience in electronic repairs**, particularly laptops and desktops.
✔ Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to follow procedures.
✔ Passion for IT hardware and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Punctual, reliable, and resourceful.

Pay: $55,460.00 - $67,349.75 per year
