**About the Role**

We have a client in the **Acacia Gardens** area with complex care needs and your responsibilities will include:

- ** Personal Care** assistance including grooming and supporting with daily hygiene
- Manual handling including using **hoist transfers & lifters**:

- Providing support in everyday activities around the home including meal assistance & domestic duties
- Evening shifts available** 9.30pm - 11.30pm **Thursday to Sunday as well as additional hours with the other programs in the area

**About you**

As an experienced Support Worker, you will bring with you a wonderful attitude and approach that is client centric. With the client’s needs front and centre you will have/be:

- Good **Manual Handing skills** including experience in hoist transfers
- Experiences and comfortable supporting with **personal care**:

- NDIS Clearance, Working with Children’s Check, National Police Check & Current First Aid & CPR
- Up to date **Covid 19 vaccinations** including booster shot
- ** Minimum Cert III qualification** (i.e. Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability) is essential
