
Client Service Officer

The Support People is a leading registered NDIS provider in regional Victoria, creating an inclusive world where people with disability live the life of their choosing with our support. The Client Service Manager is a key support role for the delivery of our NDIS Participant services. The NDIS Client Service Manager plays an integral part in ensuring our participants receive an exceptional experience.
Working closely with the Operations & Client Services Manager, you will:
- Be a first point of contact for NDIS participants.
- Liaise with Support Coordinators.
- Prepare and coordinate Participant Service Agreements.
- Administer the client intake process.
- Provide ongoing client care/case management.
- Provide timely solutions to participant queries and complaints.
- Perform high quality administrative duties in a high-volume environment.
- Assist the Senior Client Services Manager as required
Billable hours KPI.
Billable hours is time spend supporting clients 1:1 or in a group setting regularly, this enables us to identify their support needs and touch base regularly to gain feedback on our services and achievement of their goals.
By doing regularly supporting our clients we are able to ensure we are meeting their support needs and ensuring the highest quality of service from TSP.
What you will need:
- A motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.
- Excellent attention to detail and the mathematical ability to calculate costs of services.
- A relevant qualification in community services, welfare support, disability support or social work.
- Case management experience.
- On the job training specific to NDIS can be provided.
