**Job Title: Client Relations Assistant**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Client Engagement & Project Presentation

Warmly welcome clients and provide professional consultation services, proactively guiding them to explore project details.

Deliver polished presentations on core project elements, including scale models, unit layouts, location advantages, and pricing policies.

2. Client Resource Management

Accurately input, allocate, and follow up on client resources in compliance with company protocols, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting

Compile daily/weekly client activity reports, analyzing customer needs, feedback, and market trends.

Assist in developing client follow-up strategies and provide data-driven support to the sales team.

4. Onsite Coordination & Maintenance

Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to execute events, address client inquiries, and resolve complaints.

Ensure the sales gallery remains clean, organized, and aligned with the company's premium brand image.

**Requirements**:
1. Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related fields preferred.

Minimum 6 months’ experience in real estate sales, luxury retail, or hospitality reception; exceptional fresh graduates may be considered.

2. Core Competencies

Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).

Service Orientation: Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in engaging with high-end clientele.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for data organization and presentations.

3. Soft Skills

Resilience under pressure and adaptability to flexible working hours (including weekends and public holidays).

Collaborative mindset with a commitment to team success.
