**The Role**:
We’re looking for a **vibrant, organised, and detail-focused** person who loves creating unforgettable guest experiences. As the face of our venue, you’ll greet, host, and ensure every visit is seamless.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Welcoming and hosting guests with warmth, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude.
- Managing reservations, VIP bookings, and guest check-ins to ensure seamless experiences.
- Coordinating table allocations and assisting with guest inquiries and requests.
- Supporting the operations team to maintain smooth venue flow and service.
- Maintaining a high standard of organisation and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Assisting with general administrative duties related to guest management including POS.

- The ability to multitask and stay organised in a **fast-paced setting**.
- Previous experience in **hospitality, events, or guest services** is a plus
