Bharosa Community Services is looking for compassionate and experienced **Support Workers** and **Registered/Enrolled Nurses** to join our growing team. We currently support a lovely young family in Brisbane South for their twin girls (aged 8) with **complex disabilities and epilepsy**. The family is doing everything they can — juggling full-time work, parenting, and providing care — and we want to bring in the right people to make their lives a little easier.

**About the Role**
You’ll be supporting two beautiful twin girls who require skilled and gentle care, especially around **seizure management** and daily routines. Your support will make a meaningful difference to the family’s quality of life.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experienced **Support Workers** or **Nurses (RN/EN)** with a background in epilepsy or complex care
- Confidence and competence in **seizure management** (training can be refreshed if needed)
- A nurturing, calm, and patient approach
- Reliability, empathy, and a true passion for supporting children with disabilities
- Paedetric Nurses, MOST PREFERABLE

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III/IV in Disability, Individual Support, or Nursing qualification
- Valid First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Medication administration competency
- Up-to-date training in high-intensity supports (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
