**About the Role**

**Key responsibilities**
- Analyse tender specifications and funder objectives.
- Assess the viability of funding and business growth opportunities, including alignment with strategy, financial impact, risk assessment and service delivery model.
- Administer funding submissions to meet timeframes and requirements.
- Undertake research and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.

**About** you**

To be successful in the role you will have:

- Experience in tender writing, service development or corporate development.
- Strong analytical, operational and process-oriented mindset.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and consultation.
- A customer centric approach and genuine interest in supporting our diverse customer groups.
- Understanding of issues in employment services or the ability to rapidly understand this context.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to ‘tell the story’.
- High-level interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

You will also be required to:

- Have a Bachelor Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or similar.
