**Your new role**
As the Ground Training Instructor you are responsible for leading and supporting the tactical warfare function of your program. You will manage all aspects of training, assessment and development of your trainees and provide mentorship and guidance during tactical simulation classes. This role has you working in state of the art Modern classrooms working on Airborne Sensor Simulation devices with your students and providing expert knowledge on Tactical Warfare environments. You will use your strong stakeholder engagement skills to liaise heavily with other Defence Sub-Contractors and the Customer to effectively accomplish organisational goals and complete project deliverables.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Active or able to reinstate a Defence Security Clearance
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40116)
- Previous experience working in a Defence environment on Tactical Warfare highly desirable
- Previous experience as an ADF Training Instructor highly desirable
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Strong Stakeholder Engagement skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
