**Role: Salesforce Functional Analyst**

**Contract: 12 months**

**Location: ACT (preferred), NSW, VIC, SA, QLD**

**Working model: Hybrid**

Overview

This respected market leader is seeking the services of a team playing skilled Salesforce Functiona Analyst who has extensive delivery experience and strong website development projects background. This role will join a growing team, and work alongside the digital team and designers and vendors to deliver key projects.

The team is collaborative, fun and passionate about technology - they are working on large federal projects and it is a great time to join and a great team to be a part of consisting of individuals respected in their market.

As such, you must have the following skills and experience:

- You have hands on experience working in agile environment
- You will bring suitably matched Business Analysis experience in technology delivery and solid experience with Salesforce projects
- You would have worked on similar customer facing websites with self service functionality to manage accounts would be highly desired
- Skills in requirements elicitation and creation of all related documentation (user stories, tasks, acceptance criteria)
- Ability to work with development team and business stakeholders and vendors as required
- Good understanding of Salesforce
