They are searching for a highly skilled Salesforce Functional Consultant with expertise in Public Sector Solutions (PSS) and Omnichannel capabilities to join our team for an immediate contract position. They aim to enhance the public sector's reach and efficiency by delivering integrated, omnichannel solutions using Salesforce technology.

**Position Overview**:
As a Contract Salesforce Functional Consultant with expertise in Public Sector Solutions and Omnichannel capabilities, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing solutions that enable government agencies to deliver seamless services across various channels. You'll work collaboratively with a dedicated team to create innovative, integrated solutions that empower the public sector and its constituents.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with public sector clients to gather and understand their specific requirements and needs, enhancing government operations and citizen services with a focus on omnichannel capabilities.
- Provide functional expertise to guide the configuration and customisation of Salesforce to meet public sector objectives, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of services across multiple channels.
- Ensure that Salesforce solutions are aligned with public sector requirements and best practices, supporting omnichannel service delivery.
- Utilise your expertise in Public Sector Solutions and Omnichannel to enhance data security, compliance, and the efficiency of government services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues to ensure the smooth operation of Salesforce and related systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in the public sector and omnichannel service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant with a strong background in Public Sector Solutions and a deep understanding of omnichannel capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce technologies, including the ability to guide and support the configuration of Salesforce for omnichannel service delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate government requirements into functional solutions that support omnichannel services.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with public sector clients and technical teams.
- Dedication to data security, regulatory compliance, and delivering citizen-focused solutions with an omnichannel approach.

**Desirable Qualifications**:
Salesforce certifications, including:

- Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant

**Location**:
This position can be based in Canberra, Australia, or work remotely from anywhere in Australia.
