**The Organisation**

Aston Carter have partnered with a nationally recognised company within the Financial Services industry to recruit several Entry Level Customer Service Officers for a 3 month contract with strong views of extension. Our client places high importance on training and up-skilling their workforce to equip them with the right skills to succeed and progress in their careers.

**The Opportunity**

This is a fast-paced role that requires someone with exceptional time management skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. As the Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for any queries from new and existing customers. Working within a supportive team, this role will be given the support to succeed.

**The Role**

As a Customer Service Officer, your day-to-day duties may include:

- Meeting customer expectations with timely execution for all enquiries.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide professional outcomes for all customer queries.
- Comprehensively learn & understand company products, processes & systems.

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Previous Customer Service experience.
- High level of initiative, motivation, energy and drive to achieve KPI’s.
- Driven and determined attitude with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Forward thinking & ability to embrace change.
