**The Role**:
This is an in-office role, recruiting for permanent and labour hire positions. Our focus is on the blue-collar space, so we specialise in sectors such as building and civil construction, electrical and manufacturing.

We’re seeking an experienced Recruitment consultant that loves a challenge and has a work-hard, play-hard mentality. The individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment and can guide others by example.

**The Day-to-Day Duties**:

- End-to-end recruitment processes including screening, assessment, selection and contract negotiation, pre-employment checks, offers and onboarding
- Advertising roles within LinkedIn, Seek, Indeed and head hunting
- Partnering with stakeholders to provide a guide on best practice talent engagement processes
- Providing strategic advice to hiring managers on more complex roles
- Recruiting for a range of roles from Labourers, Tradesman, Engineers to Project Managers

**What are we looking for?**
- 3+ years of recruitment experience
- Previous experience using JobAdder - preferred
- A high level of communication
- A proactive and organised attitude
- Experience using a Recruitment management system
- Exceptional relationship building and management skills
- The ability to manage your workload autonomously
- Flexibility paired the ability to multitask
