**About the Role**

The Strategy Analyst sits within our Strategy & Innovation team and will be directly reporting into the Executive Manager of Property Assets. The role will undertake a range of data collection and interpretation activities, identifying areas for further research and analysis and effectively communicating outputs that identify meaningful business opportunities.

**Key accountabilities**
- Preparation of reporting insights through presenting results in a meaningful way to assist in the identification of new opportunities or areas in need of efficiency enhancements.
- Deliver and drive high-quality end-to-end analysis to support the decision-making process(es) that allows for effective management.
- Lead the preparation of reports that detail the impacts of changes to transport uses freight and data requirements within the business portfolio
- Build models that can demonstrate a variety of scenarios to further support the development of business cases.
- Communicate effectively across groups of different skill level and expertise to efficiently deliver the key messages.

**About You**
- High level of competence with Excel and ability to use VBA
- Strong Numerical and analytical skills with experience in extracting data from different databases and asset management systems
- Proven experience in data management and data insights and visualisation.
- Strong demonstrated skills in IT data collection and commercial analysis
- Qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
