Bookkeeper (Xero) / Payroll (Microkeeper)

Doctors&Co is a healthcare investment company, office located in Bankstown. We currently have a position for an experienced Bookeeper & Payroll Officer to join our team ; Full time 5 days per week and to start immediately.

It is essential that you have strong payroll administration skills and is capable of working with a high degree of accuracy, in addition to the proven ability to work to strict deadlines. You will be able to work autonomously and show initiative where required, whilst having the interpersonal and communication skills required to work as part of a small team.

**The role**
- Processing invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions
- Financial operations, including fortnightly payroll, Rosters / timesheets, Superannuation etc
- Liaising with both employers and employees on payroll issues.
- Monthly financial reporting (Profit & Loss statements)
- Reconciling accounts and preparing reconciliation reports
- Attending to customer queries
- Various other office administration duties as required

**Key Requirements**
- **A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in a Payroll & Bookkeeping role**
- **Xero experience is a MUST**
- **Microkeeper experience is an advantage or similar payroll system.**
- Vast experience in Word & Excel
- The ability to work autonomously and show initiative
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Current references required

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
